OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made between March 1st and May 13th , 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the registration price. Any cancellation made between May 14th, 2020 and the Heartland Fire Circle Event starting June 4th , 2020 will be nonrefundable. We reserve the right to cancel the event if it is not meeting the event minimum (if we do so your registration fees will be refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this event (if we do so your registration fees will be refunded in full). Please contact us.

We work hard to make this event inclusive and integrative, in that it may take several minutes to let us know all about you. After you tell us how many are coming, and take care of the energy exchange you will be forwarded to a page called Registration 2 – where we will ask more details about what you need to feel held, celebrated and loved in your community experience. We want you to feel confident in your preparation for this rare community experience.
